With "Original Unverpackt", Milena Glimbovski has launched the wave of packaging-free supermarkets in Germany. In 2014, she opened her first store in Berlin and, together with her team, launched an online shop, an online magazine and online course on the subject of ecological shopping and selling. At the end of 2015 she started "Ein guter Verlag" with Jan Lenarz, a publishing house that publishes books and calendars around the topic of mindfulness, including "Ein guter Plan". In autumn 2017 her book "Ohne Wenn und Abfall" was published by Kiwi Verlag.

Since May 2018 she has been on the board of the newly founded association "Unverpackt e.V. - Verband der Unverpackt shops". And in November 2019, she was even named Entrepreneur of the Year by the Berlin Senate for her outstanding commitment.
