Describe your idea! How does it work to reduce / replace plastic? How will you involve others?

Hi, I want to use bioplastics made from starch to create agricultural items such as grow tunnels for plants. So they can be first used when it’s too cold and then later to put on the ground to compose, so the plants can use the ingredients.
Would be great to get support how to scale this as the production is currently hand-made.
