General Terms of Use and Business Conditions (AGB)

1. Basic information

You may only use our online platform / services if you are a person over 18 years of age. If you use our online platform/services on behalf of an organisation such as a company or institution, you must be authorised to do so by your company or other legal entity in order to bind them to these terms and conditions. In order to use our online platform and some of its services, you must register for a "Plastic Revolution" account. By accessing or using our online platform/services in any way, you agree that your information may be collected, stored, shared and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You agree to provide only truthful and accurate information in connection with your account and to update such information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect or notice any unauthorized access to or use of your account or password or any other breach of security of our online platform/services. The permission we give you to register for a "Plastic Revolution" account and use our online platform/services is non-transferable. You are not allowed to transfer your "Plastic Revolution" account to another person or otherwise or to pass on any access to or use of our online platform/services to any third party. We may reclaim or otherwise use any username or URL on our online platform/services at any time in our sole discretion for any reason, even if we believe it is necessary to satisfy the rights of a third party. You agree to receive messages from us electronically. You agree that we may communicate with you by publishing notices on our online platform/services and/or by e-mail. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You agree that all notices we send to you by e-mail are received by you. If you register for a "Plastic Revolution" account or otherwise provide us with an email address, you agree that we are not responsible for any automatic filtering that you or your platform provider may apply to emails. You are responsible for providing all devices (e.g., computers or mobile devices) and platform access necessary for you to use our online platform/services or to communicate with us at your own expense.

2. Property

All content is the property of "Plastic Revolution" or others who have provided their content to us and is protected by national and international copyright laws, trademark laws and/or other proprietary rights and laws. The trademarks, service marks, logos and product names displayed on or in connection with our online platform/services are registered and unregistered trademarks and service marks of "Plastic Revolution" or third parties in Germany and/or other countries. As between you and "Plastic Revolution" "Plastic Revolution" exclusively owns and retains all rights, titles and interests in and for our online platform/services, especially for the design and organization of our online platform/services as well as all contents of "Plastic Revolution" and the compilation of all contents of our online platform/services, including all copyrights, moral rights, trademark rights, trade secrets, patent rights, database rights and other intellectual property and proprietary rights thereto. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in Content or intellectual property rights in Content, although you remain the owner of any intellectual property rights you may have in your User Content. Neither these terms nor your use of our online platform/services grants you any license or permission under any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights of "Plastic Revolution" or any third party, whether implied or otherwise. These terms do not grant you any right to use any trademarks, service marks, logos, product names, domain names or other distinctive brand features in any way. We welcome feedback, comments and suggestions regarding our online platform/services. You acknowledge and agree that we have the right to use any feedback at our sole discretion for any commercial or other purpose, without any obligation to you. In any event, we are under no obligation to respond to, use or act upon feedback in any way. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms.

3. General terms of content

Please note that content covers a wide range of art and subject matter, is generally uncensored and may include other visual or written material that some people may find offensive or inappropriate for children and minors. If you allow your child or someone else to use your computer or other device, it is your sole responsibility to prevent them from accessing content that you think is or may be inappropriate for them. Subject to these conditions, you may access and view content on our online platform/services for your personal, non-commercial use as part of your use of "Plastic Revolution" in accordance with the normal functions and restrictions of our online service.

We value open source software, and some software used in our online platforms/services may be provided under an open source license that we make available to you. The open source license may contain provisions that override some of these terms and conditions with respect to the use of this software. Some online platforms/services allow you to publish, embed or transmit content in a way that is accessible to others on our online platform/services or at other online locations (e.g. other websites and online platforms/services). You may use such online platforms/services in accordance with their normal functions and restrictions, as permitted under the applicable terms of service. Our and the online platforms/services we use may allow users to submit, publish or otherwise make available User Content. In most cases, the data is either obtained directly from the user or as part of the provision of our services. We reserve the right to check data for accuracy using publicly available sources.

This personal data can be provided voluntarily and is not necessary to create a user account. However, it may be necessary to provide this personal information in order to take full advantage of our services.

Each user is solely responsible for all user content that he/she provides on or via our online platform/services. We do not endorse any representations or warranties of any kind with respect to User Content and/or any statements, ideas, advice or opinions expressed on, through or in connection with our online platform/services (whether online, offline, oral, written or otherwise) by any User and/or third party, whether in terms of accuracy, completeness, truthfulness, reliability or otherwise. We have no agreements with users to detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues or to manage our online platform/services and/or customer support, but we will manage, improve and operate it in good faith at any time in our sole discretion without prior notice or liability. We also reserve the right to access, store and disclose information when we believe that it is appropriate to do so in order to (a) respond to claims against us or comply with any law, regulation, legal process or governmental request; (b) enforce or administer these Terms or our other policies or agreements with users; (c) provide customer service or detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; or (d) protect or enforce the rights, property or safety of Plastic Revolution from you or others. We reserve the right to remove or reject any User Content on our online platform/services, in whole or in part, if we believe that such User Content violates these Terms of Use, the law or the rights of third parties or for any other reason, and we will do so without notice or liability, at any time in our sole discretion. You confirm that you are in a position to decide whether your User Content may be used in connection with our online platform/services. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any laws or regulations or any rights or intellectual property of any third party, including copyrights, moral rights, trademark rights, trade secrets, patent rights, privacy rights, publicity rights or other contractual rights. By submitting, publishing or otherwise making User Content available on or through our online platform/services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right and license to use, provide, store, reproduce, distribute, publish, Adapting, modifying, translating, creating derivative works, publicly performing and publicly displaying your User Content in all media now known or later developed for the purpose of operating, distributing, promoting and improving our online platform/services and developing new online platforms/services. Definitions

• "Content" refers to all images, text, information, data, audio, video, graphics, computer codes, software and other material provided on or via our online platform/services, including the sending of e-mails. Content includes both the "Plastic Revolution" website content and user content.
• " "Plastic Revolution" Website Content " means all content that we provide on or through our online platform/services, including third party licensed content, but excluding user content.
• "User Content" means all materials and content that a user transmits, publishes, post or otherwise makes available via our online platform/services.
• "Your User Content" means all materials and content that you submit, post, publish or otherwise make available through our online platform/services.
